When and where are the Dance classes held?

The classes are every Thursday at the Kidbroke Communit Hub, 8 Peguler Square, SE3 9QR at 7:15pm - 8:15pm

When are the meditation classes held?

The class dates will be available on the website for group sessions. Private bookings can be booked all year round via the Book now button.

How long are the Dance sessions

The sessions last for 1 hour with a stretch and cool down at the end.

How long are the meditation sessions?

Our meditation sessions typically last 60 minutes.

Do I need to be experienced to join the Dance classes?

No, the classes are great for begginers but great for all levels.

Do I need to have experience with meditation to join?

No experience is necessary to join our classes, beginners are welcome!.

What should I wear to Dance class?

Wear clothes that you feel free and comfortable to dance in. Whatever makes you feel gorgeous!

What should I wear to a meditation class?
